Academic results 2009

Provide a copy by email, mail or fax

Confirmation of enrolment 2010

Provide a copy by email, mail or fax

Income details for 2008-09

Provide a copy of your ATO Notice of Assessment by email, mail or fax, or Statutory Declaration by mail

Mentor Report 2009

Mentor to submit report by 31 December 2009

Proof of rural health club membership

RAMUS will independently confirm with your club that you are a member

Proof of Enrolment and Academic Results

To confirm your ongoing eligibility to receive RAMUS payments you must provide evidence that you are enrolled full time in medicine for the coming year and that you have successfully passed all of your units from the previous year

Please provide copies of official university documentation of your Proof of Enrolment and Academic Results. These documents must clearly show:

  • your full name
  • your University
  • the current year
  • that you are enrolled in medicine full time in 2010 (proof of enrolment)
  • academic results for each unit you were enrolled in 2009 (academic results).

    For example, some scholars provide an official letter from their university confirming their enrolment status.

    Please contact the RAMUS team if you have any questions or are unsure if the documentation you have is sufficient.

    Payment Dates - NEW dates in 2010

    From 2010 RAMUS scholarship payment dates will change from the 6th and the 21st of each month to fortnightly, every second Thursday. A calendar of scholarship payments dates in 2010 has been sent to all scholars. There are two payment schedules:

    • Undergraduate Payment Schedule: Scholars paid from March to December, first payment $550 all other payments $450.
    • Graduate Payment Schedule: Scholars paid from January to December, first payment $500 all other payments $380.


    Current RAMUS scholars receive free online access to the Australian Journal of Rural Health (AJRH).
