Partyline is your magazine. We are looking for contributions from you and those in your networks about successful local programs, leadership and empowerment, local government, reflections on reform initiatives in your local area, opportunities for improved health, personal stories of commitment and resilience …

Have your say in a policy piece, a personal story, a book review, a poem, a picture or a letter to the editor…

Partyline is published three or four times a year and has a national print circulation of around 12,000 and is freely available on-line. Its readers and contributors include people in rural and remote areas – both health professionals and health consumers – as well as health policy makers, rural health researchers, health students, universities, libraries, and rural and remote health services.

Contributions may be sent at any time to the editor at partyline@ruralhealth.org.au

Contributor guidelines:
• contributions should have a particular focus on rural issues
• articles (policy pieces, reports, human interest stories, etc) : up to 600 words in length
• letters to the editor, short rural health news items : up to 200 words
• information, resources, events : up to 100 words
• please provide author’s name for publication
• photographs should be sent as high res tif or jpg files (please also provide a caption and photographer’s name for crediting)
