Free webinar: Working effectively with people affected by forced adoption - for GP's

Forced adoption has affected an estimated 250,000 Australians, and the impacts, including grief, trauma, anxiety, depression and problems with self-identity and relationships, have been significant and often life-long. GPs are often a first contact for people affected by forced adoption and training is now available to support GPs to deliver effective care.  The Australian Psychological Society's is hosting a free webinar for General Practitioners (GPs) and other medical practitioners on forced adoption, to be held on Wednesday 29 June, 2016 at 7pm (AEST). It is an Accredited Activity with RACGP’s QI&CPD Program.
