A one-day forum presented by Country Arts SA in association with the Institute for Creative Health
With conversation host, Fenella Kernebone
Join your fellow health care, community and local government colleagues, artists, artsworkers and researchers in a one-day forum to find our common ground, explore ways of working together to demonstrate the case for arts as key to healthy individuals and communities.
Fenella Kernebone will host ‘Conversations’ in the morning, to bring context to participatory activities and demonstrations in the afternoon in which you will experience first hand the kinds of activities you could employ in your work and more deeply explore work being carried out currently in the field.
Guests will tell stories about the way in which arts has been beneficial, and in some cases transforming, for individuals in a health context, build the case for the arts as a key tool for wellbeing, illness prevention and recovery and what needs to be done to facilitate cross-institutional engagement.
