The National Rural Health Alliance's monthly e-newsletter has undergone some changes. The latest is a new name – The BushWire. Our monthly e-newsletter is an important part of our communication about matters of importance in rural and remote health and wellbeing. We hope that The BushWire will stand out in your Inbox.
A competition was held among Alliance staff for the new name. Suggestions were placed in a secret ballot box and a shortlist selected. After voting on the shortlist, the winner was The BushWire. Congratulations to Catherine on providing the winning entry, for which she was rewarded with two (full) bottles of wine.
The BushWire will keep you up-to-date with the work of the Alliance and other happenings in better rural and remote health and wellbeing. If you need more information, visit our comprehensive website www.ruralhealth.org.au or pick up the phone and hopefully you will get one of the friendly members of our staff on (02) 6285 4660.
Remember to pass on The BushWire to anyone you know who would be interested in subscribing and feel free to provide feedback on how we can make it more informative and useful.
